The Central New York Chapter is committed to advancing the standards of safety, professionalism, and efficiency in student transportation. Representing drivers, monitors, mechanics, dispatchers, supervisors, and administrators, our chapter serves as a professional network and resource for those dedicated to the safe and reliable transport of students throughout the region.We provide opportunities for ongoing education, professional development, and the exchange of best practices among members. Our chapter and our community lost a great friend and champion -
Diane's kindness, and leadership touched countless lives and helped shape the strong foundation we stand on today. She gave generously of her time, her talents, and her heart, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and commitment that will continue to guide us. Diane was a past President of our Chapter and the President Elect for NYAPT.
We will remember her not only for the work she accomplished in the transportation world, but for the warmth and encouragement she shared with everyone she met. Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with her family and loved ones during this difficult time.
She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten

Kroy Joins the Gear Up for Kids Bike-a-Thon
We are proud to share that Kroy Figueroa, our chapter Secretary, will be participating in the McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center’s Gear Up for Kids Bike-a-Thon. This important event raises awareness and support in the fight against child abuse and neglect, while helping provide critical services to children and families throughout our community. By joining the ride, Kroy is not only pedaling for a great cause but also showing his commitment to protecting and uplifting the children of Central New York.
